Newborn sessions are typically done when the baby is 5-12 days old and still in that “sleepy” phase. I allow up to two hours for each newborn session. Newborns are on their own schedule so I really try to work with the baby and make it a calm time for everyone. These sessions include 20 digital images.
Cake smash sessions are a wonderful way to capture your little one’s big day. These sessions typically last about 30 minutes and include 20 digital images. Cake smash sessions aren’t just for kids either. Adults love them too!
I love photographing children of all ages! Most children don’t like to sit still that long so these sessions last about 20 minutes and include 15 digital images. There is an extra $10 fee for each additional child.
Outdoor sessions are perfect for families, engagements, seniors, and children. It’s a great way to capture candid moments in natural light. My outdoor sessions last 45 minutes and include 20 digital images. For groups larger than 6 people there is an extra charge of $10 a person.
I am a natural light and studio photographer located in Mount Juliet and providing services throughout the Nashville, TN area. I specialize in maternity, newborn, children, families, seniors and engagement photography. I enjoy capturing candid moments along with slowing down to focus on meaningful details and stunning portraits. I love capturing images that showcase someone’s personality and I think slightly imperfect is so much more interesting than perfect. I use a fun, relaxed approach when creating the photographs you will cherish for years to come. My purpose is to remind you of the most beautiful moments of your life, and allow you to relive them time after time.
Before I became a photographer, I was a kindergarten teacher. I was the teacher with the “nice camera”. At every school performance and every field trip I was always reminded to bring my camera and take plenty of pictures. What started out as a hobby turned into something I became passionate about. I started taking classes and fell in love with photography even more. I decided to quit my teaching job and started my business. I’ve always thought if you think about your work as ‘getting to’ rather than ‘having to’, then you’re doing something right. I get to do this and I’m so thankful for that.
My family means everything to me. I’m completely in love with my goofball husband (Eric), our two sons (Corbin and Lawson), and my baby girl that I prayed for for nine long months (Maeve). My other loves: my relationship with Christ, anything health related, autumn, football, sci-fi movies, and country music.
If my style seems like a good fit for you I would love to hear from you!
